Organic Ultimate Veggie Burger

Ingredients

  • 6 Large Portobello mushrooms
  • 18 White mushrooms
  • 6-7 Green onions (or 1/8 cup red onions), finely diced
  • 4 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Teaspoons agave syrup (or sugar)
  • 4 Tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons sea salt
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh ground pepper
  • 1 Cup coconut oil

Instructions

  • 1. Mix all ingredients in food processor, except coconut oil; note: you can easily make three burgers in an average sized machine
  • 2. Slowly pour in the oil until ball forms
  • 3. Take out the “meat” and make your patties
  • 4. Grill over gas or charcoal barbecue with a silicone or copper mat OR broil in oven until your preference OR cook on stove top
