Organic Ultimate Veggie Burger
Ingredients
- 6 Large Portobello mushrooms
- 18 White mushrooms
- 6-7 Green onions (or 1/8 cup red onions), finely diced
- 4 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 Teaspoons agave syrup (or sugar)
- 4 Tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoons sea salt
- 2 Tablespoons fresh ground pepper
- 1 Cup coconut oil
Instructions
- 1. Mix all ingredients in food processor, except coconut oil; note: you can easily make three burgers in an average sized machine
- 2. Slowly pour in the oil until ball forms
- 3. Take out the “meat” and make your patties
- 4. Grill over gas or charcoal barbecue with a silicone or copper mat OR broil in oven until your preference OR cook on stove top
