Ingredients:

3 lbs ground beef 80/20
3/4 lb ground pork 80/20
1/8 cup minced onions
1/8 cup minced garlic
1 tablespoon of Lawry’s salt
1 tablespoon of black pepper
1/3 cup Italian style bread crumbs
1/8 cup McCormick Fiery Five Pepper Seasoning
1/3 cup Kraft Chipotle BBQ Sauce
1 tablespoon of worcesteshire sauce
6 oz.Restaurant style Salsa
6 oz.Sour Cream
6 oz Guacamole
3 Fresh Jalapeno
Monterey Jack Cheese w/ Jalapenos 1 1lb block
Six 4″ Sweet Sour Dough or Hawaiian Style Hamburger Buns

Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl combine ground beef and ground pork add onions, garlic, lawry’s salt, black pepper, fiery five pepper seasoning, worcesteshire sauce, chipotle barbecue sauce and italian bread crumbs. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are blended. Weigh out hamburger patties to 10 oz. each (6 patties) Place weighed out portions between 5 inch wax paper sheets. Place a small saucer plate on top and press down to make the hamburger patty. Place all 6 burgers on grill 375 degrees and cook until medium well. Once burgers are cooked, place on toasted hawaiian buns. Cut block of monterey jack cheese into cubes place in microwave until melted. Pour melted cheese on top of all 6 cooked patties, place one ounce of each in the following order, salsa, sour cream and then guacamole. Place three to four slices of fresh jalapenos on top, top with bun and serve.
