Ingredients

12 Ciabatta Rolls
1 pound of bacon
4 pounds ground meat[ chuck or sirloin]
3 teaspoons chopped garlic
2 tablespoons dry mustard
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 cups finely chopped portbella mushrooms
1 tablespoon seasoned salt
1 can rotel tomatoes
12 slices of cooper sharp cheese sliced thick

 

Instructions

In small mixing bowl add all relish ingredients, mix well, and set aside.
Cut bacon in half and fry till crisp. Drain and set aside. In large mixing bowl add ground beef,garlic,mustard,salt,pepper,Worcestershire,mushrooms, and seasoned salt. Mix well and divide mixture in half. Make twelve patties from each half. In center of pattie add four slices of bacon, top with one tablespoon of tomatoes,fold cheese in half and place on top of tomatoes. Take remaining patties, put on top, seal edges firmly. Spray grill with cooking spray.Grill on med/low heat until juices run clear. Put burger on roll, top with hamburger relish. Enjoy!
