Outta West Burger

Paired or alone, there's something magical about this creamy wine that nods to yummy peaches and sinful delights.

Ingredients:

Hamburger:
I can Rotel diced tomatoes (mild)
1 1/4 cup Dale Steak Seasoning
1 egg
1 1/2 lbs ground beef (85/15 mix)

Salsa:
1 can sweet yellow corn
2 cups diced very ripe tomato
1 cup diced Spanish (purple) onion
6 – 10 jalapenos, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
2 tbsp salt

Toppings:
2 avocados, thinly sliced
6 slices of pepper jack cheese
12 slices Texas Toast

Instructions:

Mix 1 can of Rotel tomatoes, 1 1/4 cup of Dale Seasoning Sauce, 1 egg, and 1 1/2 lbs ground beef together. Make 6-1/4 lb patties and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix can of corn (drained)
2 cups diced very ripe tomato
1 cup diced Spanish (purple) onion
6 – 10 jalapenos, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
2 tbsp salt
Refrigerate while hamburgers are being prepared

Slice avocados into thin slices

Grill Hamburgers for 10 minutes on each side under medium heat

Add cheese slices on second side with one minute left to grill

Butter Texas toast and grill until lightly browned

Place grilled hamburgers onto slice of Texas toast, place avocado slices on top of hamburgers, add pico de gallo, top with slice of Texas toast
