Paisano’s Pastrami Cheeseburger

Every pour of our Pinot Noir brings you a delicious blend of berry flavors and the romantic aroma of violet.


2 teaspoons ground coriander
2 teaspoons paprika
1 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1 small onion finely diced
1 clove garlic minced
1 1/4 lbs ground chuck
4 slices provolone cheese vegetable oil
4 rye buns
4 lettuce leaves
Grey Poupon deli mustard



Mix coriander, paprika, ground ginger, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, onion and garlic all together then mix all into ground chuck. Form into 4 patties. Brush vegetable oil onto grill rack. Heat gas grill to 400 degrees. Grill 8 to 9 minutes. Before removing from grill, place a slice of provolone cheese on each and allow to melt. Grill buns briefly, garnish with lettuce . Serve with Grey Poupon deli mustard.
