Partida Burger

Bright and full-bodied, this Zinfandel wine is a curious contradiction in tastes.


3 lbs. lean ground chuck
1 tablespoon worcesteshire
1 tablespoon italian dressing
1 tsp Season Salt
1 tsp Hickory Smoke Salt
1 tsp. lg. ground black pepper
1/4 cup mushroom chopped fine
sliced chedder cheese
Hamburger buns & desired toppings (lettuce, tomato, onions, jalepeno, pickles, dressings etc.)



Mix all above ingrediants together and let marinade for an hour before forming hamburger patties. Cook over grill with high heat to seal in juices then cover with chedder slice. remove patties from when cheese becomes slightly melted. Take hamburger buns & brush lightly with butter and place on grill untill lightly toasted.
