Peach of a burger

1 1/4 cup Sauvignon Blanc
2 tsp curry powder
2 peaches
1 lb ground chuck salt pepper



Place 1 cup wine in 4 qt. sauce pan bring to a rolling boil and turn down add curry powder and mix until incorporated and split peaches removing the pit and place in mixture. Turn off heat and let sit for 20-30 minutes. Remove and place on grill skin side down when burgers are 3/4 way cooked, until soft to touch and slightly caramelized. While peaches are sitting in curried wine, mix 1 lb ground chuck with up 1/4 cup wine salt and pepper. Separate into 1/4 lb patties. Place on heated grill and cook until med. well. Split pretzel rolls and toast slightly. Put a burger and a half peach on roll and enjoy.
