Penny’s Burger
Ingredients
l lb of sirloin ground beef
1 egg slightly beaten
1 medium onion chopped
1 small can mushrooms
1 cup sliced green olives
1 cup Italian style bread crumbs
2 tbls Worchestshire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. After completely mixed, prepare mixture into burgers (thickness and size is your preference) Turn out on a hot grill until desired doneness. Serve with Sutter Home Cabernet Sauvignon
