Pepian Beef Burgers

1 lb. ground beef
1/3 cup ground pumpkin seeds
1 Tbs. ground sesame seeds
3 Tbs. real bacon bits
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbs. all-fruit orange marmalade
1/3 cup green chili pepper, finely chopped
1 tsp. ground allspice
3 Tbs. ketchup
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Dash salt
6 Corn English muffins
2 avocadoes
1 sachet guacamole spice mix
6 large slices tomato



Mash the avocadoes with the guacamole spice mix and set in the refrigerator while you prepare the burgers. Oil the grill and set on medium high heat. Mix together the first 12 ingredients and form into 6 patties. Grill patties 5 minutes on each side Toast the corn English muffins on the grill while the burgers cook on their second side and keep warm on the warming rack. Place the burgers in the muffins and top with slices of tomato and guacamole
