Pickle Horesradish Cheese Burger

1 metal patty maker
6 (1 inch) ground beef patty's
36 hamburger dill chips pickles (diced) *store brand
24 sweet gerkin pickles(chopped) *store brand
30 ( approx. 3 inch) slices of cheddar horseradish cheese
6 slices yellow american cheese single slices
6 hamburger rolls
6 tbls. ketchup
6 tbls. horseradish mayonaise
butter flavored no stick spray



DIRECTIONS :Slice each burger in half. Add 1/2 of the patty to the metal patty maker. Press meat firmly so that all the sides are covered. Dice 3 dill chip pickles. Press pickles firmly all over the meat. Chop 2 gerkin pickles and press pickles firmly all over meat. Add 5 (3 inch) slices of horseradish cheese. Press cheese firmly all around meat.Place the other half of the burger on top of the pickled beef. Dice 3 dill chip pickles. And repeat the above process. Chop 2 more gerkin pickles and repeat above process. Pickles should be seen and NOT hidden in the meat. Remove patty from patty maker. Please repeat this process to the rest of the burgers. Spray butter spray on grill. Place all burgers on the grill. Turn every 5 min. The last 2 min. of cooking place kraft cheese on top of burgers. **Approx. cooking time 20 min.** To top of hamburger roll add 1 tbls. ketchup. Spread. To bottom of roll add 1 tbls. horseradish mayonaise. Spread. Repeat this process to the rest of the remaining rolls. Place burgers in between rolls.
