Pilgrim Burgers

Reach for our Chardonnay when you’re in the mood for a rich and creamy wine that delights with the fruity flair of pear, apple, and peach.


1/2 cup of mayonaise 
1 1/2 tablespoons of curry powde
r 2 pounds of ground turkey
1 large white onion, minced
1 egg white
Oil for grilling (I use Sesame)
6 hamburger buns
6 slices of jack cheese



Mix mayonaise and 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of curry powder. Place in an airtight container and refrigerate. Mix turkey with remaining curry powder, onion and egg white. Shape into patties. Brush grill lightly with sesame oil. Grill burgers til desired doneness. Top with cheese and place on bun. Top each burger with mayonaise sauce.
