Pineapple Mango Delight

You won’t need a bouquet of flowers when you share our Pinot Grigio. This crisp wine with floral aromas is a wonderful way to make an entrance.

Ingredients

Patties:
3 lbs 80% 20% ground beef
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh garlic
1 cup blue cheese
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce

Bacon:
1lb of thick sliced bacon

Swiss cheese:
6 slices of Swiss cheese

Bread:
6 large sesame seed buns

Salsa:
1 large pineapple
2 large mangoes
1 green jalapeno pepper
1 bunch of cilantro
2 limes
1 teaspoon of salt
1 small red onion
1 small vine ripe tomato

 

Instructions

Set your gas grill to medium high or make sure that your charcoals are nice and hot.

To make the patties, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and blue cheese.

Mix the mixture thoroughly with clean hands, make sure that everything is combined.

Divide the mixture into 6 equal parts, and form into patties.

Cook your bacon on a cast iron skillet to avoid any damage to other materials. Drain access fat and place aside on a paper towel.

To make the salsa:
Clean and core the pineapple, dice into small pieces, do the same with the Mango.
Finely chop you red onions, Cilantro, tomato, and the jalapeno pepper.
Combine all the ingredients with salt and lime juice and set aside.

Now we are ready to grill you burgers.
Place your 6 burgers on the grill and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Once they are almost ready place the cheese on top to melt.

To assemble the burgers, place the patty on a toasted bun, then pace three strips of bacon and cover with your pineapple mango salsa.

Now your in for a wonderful treat.
