You won’t need a bouquet of flowers when you share our Pinot Grigio. This crisp wine with floral aromas is a wonderful way to make an entrance.

Ingredients

kaiser bun
ground sirloin meat 1 pound
ground extra lean beef 1 pound
2 eggs
3 tbs basil leaves dried
2 tbs whole oregano dried
2 tbs herbes de provence
1 tbs cayenne pepper
blue cheese and chive spread
1 eggplant
2 yellow squash
1 zucchini
1 red bell pepper
1 vidalia onion
12 oz package baby bella mushrooms
1 tomato

 

Instructions

first put your 2 pounds of meat in a bowl with 2 eggs and the dryed spices . then make your patties.then you will cut your eggplant, red bell pepper and onion 1/2 inch thick.cut your zucchini and yellow squash into thin layer about the thickness of a quarter. dice your baby bell mushrooms.then you will fry your eggplants , bell pepper, zucchini, yellow squash and onion. while frying you will cook mushrooms in a small pan until ready. put the meat on the grill and cook 3 minutes for each side.then cut your tomato into slices.toast your buns on the grill. then assemble your burger put the bun on a plate then but your pattie and put the blue chesse spread on top be generous. but your slice of eggplant on top of the chesse and meat. then you will take a slice of zucchini and yellow squash and put it on top of the eggplant.then comes the bell pepper but the slice on top of the yellow squash and zucchini. then inside the pepper ring put mushroom until overflowing. add the onion and tomato and finally the top bun .enjoy
