  • Grill Instructions
  • Charcoal grill with a cover, prepare a medium hot fire.
  • Gas grill pre-heat to medium high heat.
  • Creation of Patties
  • First mix together sirloin, hamburger seasoning, steak sauce and ŇSutter Home Cabernet SauvignonÓ mix well.
  • Next add parmesan cheese and mix.
  • Last add sliced pepper rings and mix gently at this point and form into 6 patties.
  • Cooking Patties
  • Brush grill with vegetable oil prior to placing patties on the grill.
  • Place the 6 gluten free hamburger buns in aluminum foil once covered place in grill to warm while patties are cooking.
  • It is important not to overcook or burn the burger patties. Temperature should not get over 350 degrees. I only turn the patties once and on the second turn when they start to run juice in the middle, this is when I take them up. Cooking time is about 15 Minutes. They will finish cooking during the rest time as you prepare and build your Plantation Burger.
  • Plate the Hamburger
  • Take each bun open spread Olive Oil Mayonnaise on each side of warm bun. Next place lettuce, and onion on bottom bun then burger patty. On top of burger place tomato and pickle chips, last place top bun on burger patty. Do this with each of the 6 burger patties.
