Polish Burger

Bright and full-bodied, this Zinfandel wine is a curious contradiction in tastes.

Ingredients

Hamburger:
1 lb lean ground beef
1 teaspoon Vegeta
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium yellow onion
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
Toppings:
1 lb of sliced mushrooms
2 medium yellow onions
Hamburger buns

 

Instructions

1. Mix ground beef with Vegeta and pepper 2. Finely chop the one onion 3. Finely chop the fresh parsley 4. In a small saucepan add the olive oil, heat it up, and nicely sauté the chopped one yellow onion 5. Add the sautéed onion to the beef (with the oil in it) 6. Add the chopped parsley to the beef 7. Nicely mix it all and make patties 8. Fire up the grill 9. Grill the burgers AND the buns 10. In the meantime, add oil to the saucepan and sauté the sliced mushrooms 11. Slice the two onions into rings, and also in a saucepan sauté them 12. Put the burgers on the buns, top it of with the sautéed onions and mushrooms 13. Ask for seconds.
