Pork & Beef Burger

Bright and full-bodied, this Zinfandel wine is a curious contradiction in tastes.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1 lb Italian Sausage out of casing & crumbled.
1/4 onion chopped.
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce.
4 slices of mozerella (optional)

 

Instructions

1.Combine ground beef & crumbled sausage meat. 2.Chop onion & add to mixture. 3.Add worcestershire sauce & combine. 4.Form into 4 1/2 lb patties & grill to desired doneness. 5.Brush rolls with olive oil & grill til brown. 6.If desired, place slice of mozerella cheese on each burger before placing on bun. 7.ENJOY!!
