Ingredients
- Patties:
- 1 Pound ground turkey
- 6 Tablespoons mashed potatos
- 2 Teaspoon Garlic, powder
- 1/3 Cup red onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce
- 2 Teaspoons smokey chili powder
- 1 Teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1Pounds – 4 patties, 4 patties – 2 burgers
- Buns:
- 6 Ciabatta buns
- 1 Teaspoon Rosemary Olive Oil
- 1/3 Cup mixed shredded cheese (Pepperjack cheese, provalone cheese, white american cheese, swizz cheese)
- Garnishes:
- 6 Spinash leaves
- 2 Potatoe Wedges
- 6 Carmalized apples slices in a light butter cinnamon sauce
Instructions
- Patties:
- 1T BBQ sauce on top patty
- 1 Slice of pepper jack cheeze on bottom bun
- 1 Thin slice of swizz cheese on the top of first patty
- 4 Thin slices of jalopeano underneath of swizz cheese, on top of BBQ sauce
- 1 Well cooked ground turkey patties
- 2 Potato Wedges on top of swizz cheese
- 2 Onions slices on top of Potato Wedges (Default but Optional)
- Combine ground turkey, mashed potatoes, garlic powder, red onion, pepper and pepperjack cheese, lightly, with hands
- Form 6 patties, taking care not to pack too tight
- Preheat gas grill to medium-high
- Oil grill rack and cook burgers 6 minutes per side
- Lightly toast Ciabatta buns on outer edge of grill rack, with the rosemary olive oil
- To assemble burgers, Place spinash leaves on bottom roll, top with tomato slice, BBQ sauce, burger patty and roll top
- Enjoy with a fine glass of Sutter Home Chardonnay Mascato, overlooking a lake, if you’re lucky!
