Portobello,Onion Cheese Grill Burger

2lb Ground Beef
2 cups of chopped Portobello Mushroom
1 cup of fine chopped Onions
3 cloves of Garlic chopped fine
1 egg mixed with 1/3 cup of milk
2 tablespoon of chopped Cilantro
1/2 cup of season Italian Bread Crumbs Add all purpose season
1/3 cup of Ketchup



Put ground beef in a bowl, beat egg and milk together set aside, add all ingrediants, pour egg and milk mixure into the bowl, mix all ingredients into the ground beef. Form the burgers and allow to sit in the Fridge for about 10 minutes then grill until they are ready, can be served with cheese lettuce and tomatoes.
