Puerto Rican Burgers

This is a great Puerto Rican burger, and you know Puerto Rico is a territory of the US!


1 pound ground beef
2 Tbsp minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp Adobo seasoning
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 lime
Loaf of soft french bread, cut into 4 sections


Mix first 5 ingredients together. Form into 4 patties. Grill each until well browned and cooked through. Remove from heat and place on bread. Squeeze fresh lime over the top of each burger.
