Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 Tablespoons chopped green pepper
1 Tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 Tablespoon chili powder
1 – 2 Tablespoons Bueno mild red chile (amt based on personal taste)
1/8 teaspoon chopped bottled garlic
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt

 

Instructions

Break up ground beef in a large bowl. Add ingredients in the order given and mix well. Shape into patties. Fry or grill.
