Red, White and Bleu Burger
1 lb 70% lean Hamburger (makes approx 4 burgers)
8 Tbs crumbled Blue Cheese
4 thick slices of vine ripe tomatoes
1 Tbs Mayo
4 Hamburger Buns
salt and pepper, a shake of each on finished burger
Make 4 burger balls and split each apart about 1/2 way. Add 2 Tbs Bleu cheese to each and close up the burger. Pattie out as usual and place on the Grill. Cook until burgers are between medium and medium well. Toast the inside of the buns on the grill. Spread 1/2 Tbs mayo on inside of each bun. Build the burger by adding the tomato and the burger. Serve!
