Ingredients

2lbs ground beef
White Cheese(American Monteray Jack)
Sweet Pickle Relish 
Hot and Spicy Jalepeno Sauce
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Jalepenos
Apple Smoked Bacon
Kaiser Rolls
Lettuce
Red Onion
Red Food
Coloring
Blue Food Coloring
Sutter Home Wine

Instructions

1. Open package in a bowl mix meat with relish and the jalepeno sauce and one jalepeno and wine until blended. Cover and set aside. 2.Cook bacon until done 3.Form meat mixture into patties in the middle of each pattie put 2 slices of cheese and 2 strips of bacon and jalepeno 4.Before pattie is done top with bacon and cheese 5.Brush top of roll with red food coloring. 6.Brush bottom with blue food coloring 7.Top burger with lettuce and Red onion. 8. Serve and Enjoy
