3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 med. brown onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
6 Hatties onion buns, toasted
1 can Heinz condensed tomato soup
1 can water
1/8 tsp rosemary
Heat oil in a large frying pan cooking onions and garlic for about five minutes until onions look transparent.
In another pot, cook the mince and drain the excess fat out. Add this minced meat to the onion dish and cook through together. Stir with a fork to separate and cook another five minutes or so until brown.
Blend in soup, water, seasonings and simmer for ten minutes or so until the meat is browned. Simmer five minutes longer. Serve over toasted onion buns.
