Ingredients

Ingredients:
1 Lb 80/20 Sirloin Beef
1 Small Green Pepper 4 inch round
1 Scallion Onion
4 inches of Andouie Sausage
2 Porchini Mushroom
3 inch round
1 cup Sutter Home Red Cabernet wine
1/4 cup of Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
6 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
Plating Items:
1 head Butter Lettuce
1 Large Jersey Beefsteak Tomato Sliced 1/8 inch Thick Slices
5 Sliced Pickled Yellow Banana Peppers
Sesame Coated White Flour Buns

 

Instructions

In 4 quart mixer add the following ingrdients: 1 cup Sutter Home Red Cabernet Wine 1/4 cup of Balsamic Vinegar 2 Tablespoon Brown Sugar 6 Tablespoons Tomato Paste In Mini Chopper add the following: 1 Small Green Pepper 4 inch round remove the seeds 1 Scallion Onion 4 inches of Andouie Sausage 2 Porchini Mushroom 3 inch round Once these items are ground add them to the 4 qt mixer and liquid ingredients and slowly incorporate the Ground Sirloin. Mix all ingredients slowly until fully incorporated. Create 5 inch round patties 1 1/2 inch thick patties and place over charcoal until cooked medium with slight red color throughout the burger. Plate on a Sesame topped white flour bun with 2 Leafs from Butter lettuce, 1 slice of Jersey Beefsteak Tomato and 4-5 slices of pickled Banana Peppers.
