Ingredients

PATTY-
2lbs GROUND BEEF
1 CUP BREAD CRUMBS
1 PACKAGE ONION SOUP
1/2 FRESH DICED MUSHROOMS
1 EGG
1 TBLSPN OF CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
1 TSPOON KOSHER SALT
A SPRINKLE OF PEPPER
CUT LEEK OVER TOP OF PATTY IN THIN CIRCLES.
2 ICE CUBES
BUN
TOMATO LETTUCE
MONTEREY JACK CHEESE
MAYO AND MUSTARD

 

Instructions

IN A MIXING BOWL, ADD: GROUND BEEF, BREAD CRUMBS, ONION SOUP, MUSHROOMS, AN EGG, MUSHROOM SOUP, SALT, PEPPER. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS AND FORM INTO LARGE PATTIES. LAY PATTIES ON TIN FOIL CUT TWICE AS LONG. ADD LEEK. ADD TWO ICE CUBES AND FOLD FOIL INTO AN AIRTIGHT PACKET. LAY PACKET ON A HOT GRILL. COOK UNTIL YOU SMELL BURGERS AND FOIL PACKET IS REALLY PUFFED OUT! REMOVE FROM GRILL AND POP THE PACKET OPEN. ASSEMBLE BURGERS WITH BUN TOMATO, LETTUCE, MONTEREY JACK AND CONDEMENTS! ENJOY!
