4 lbs Ground round
2 eggs
1/2 cup crushed croutons
1/2 tsp minced fresh Garlic
1 large sweet onions
1/2 cup crushed tomatoes
1 large green pepper
1/4 cup of steak sauce
4 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs ketchup
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp sea salt
butter spray



Mince/chop (depending on the family) onions and Green Peppers. Then in a small sauce pan saute the following, onions,green peppers, tomatoes, garlic salt and pepper, only saute for two minutes, let cool then in a large bowl break up your ground round until real fine, then add your eggs mix well. Add all remaining ingredients as well as sauteed mixture, mix well . You will need to use your hands to mix this really well. Then hold enough mixture in your had to cover the palm of your hand, roll in a ball, squeezing together while rolling, then flatten just a little with other hand. Spray each patty with butter spray before cooking.
