1 lb ground chuck
3/4 tsp finely ground sea salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp rouqefort cheese softened
1. Gently mix beef, salt, pepper, walnuts and worcestershire sauce. 2. Shape into four burgers. Place 1 tbsp rougefort in center of each burger, Chill one hour. 3. Prepare grill with cooking spray. Heat charcoal until coals glow. 4. Sear burger on each side approximately five minutes. Cook on lower flames for additional five minutes of each side.
