Rudick Rancho Burger
1 Lb. ground sirloin
1 Lb. ground pork
3/4 yellow onion chopped fine
1/2 large green bell pepper chopped fine
1 large hot jalapino pepper chopped fine
1 egg beaten
4 large cloves garlic minced
1 Tablespoon fresh ground black pepper
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
Onion and tomato slices
Green leaf lettuce
Monterey pepper jack slices
Mix well all ingredients in a bowl.
Form patties about 6″ diameter 3/4″ thick.Place cheese slices on the burger before and let melt before removing the the burger from the grill.
Grill on hot charcoal to taste. Place cheese slices on the burger and let melt before removing the the burger from the grill. Assemble the burger and serve with Sutter Home Cabernet wine and enjoy.
