Rusty’s Buffalo

Ingredients

capers
garlic (3 buds)
caviar
buffalo
rosemary
maynnaise
onion roll

 

Instructions

Mix capers, finely chopped garlic, fresh rosemary into meat.
Pat meat mixture into large patties and slow cook over low heat.
Use large buns, onion rolls work best. Apply to taste maynnoaise to both sides of roll. Then and only then apply liberal amounts of caviar to both sides of bun. The maynnaise keeps the caviar from soaking into bread.
Your choice as to also a slice of tomato, and slice of swiss cheese.
