Ryan’s Best Burger

Ground Chuck
Lemon pepper
Season salt
worcestershire sauce
Ryan's sauce(see above)
Cheddar cheese (optional)
avocado slices (optional)
Bacon slices (optional)



Form burgers to desired size. Sprinkle with lemon pepper, season salt on both sides of burgers. Drip a few drops of worchester on top. Cover top of each burger with a teaspoon of butter. Grill burgers at medium heat with lid on grill until butter melts. Brush with generous amount of Ryan's sauce. Continue grilling, brushing sauce on both sides of burgers 3-4 more times. When burgers are done to the desired wellness, if you want it, add cheddar and bacon, until cheese melts. If you'd like, add slices of avocado on top with whatever condiments you prefer: pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, sliced banana peppers, mayo, mustard, ketchup, or just eat it plain. Either way it'll be the best burger you've ever had.
