1 lb. ground beef/15% fat
Fresh fruit salsa
4 buns
mayonnaise
mustard
salt and pepper
lettuce leaf
cheese of your choice

 

Instructions

Salsa/ 4roma tomatoes, diced, 1 tomatillo-diced, 1/2 red onion, 1 habanero-diced and seeded, 5 cloves garlic-diced,1 slice pineapple diced- mix together , add juice of 3 limes, 2 Tablespoons olive oil, salt and pepper to taste Make 4 patties from meat, grill 2.5 minutes per side , toast buns. Assemble- bun, mayo, burger, salsa, lettuce, mustard, cheese and a lettuce leaf. top with bun- Enjoy
