Ingredients

Red Wine
Red Onion Chopped
cooked bacon
Gorgonzola and Grated Cheddar cheese
Diced green pepper
Meat
Ground Beef
Salt Pepper
Garlic Powder
Mayo
Mustard
Green leaf lettuce
Whole wheat buns

 

Instructions

Soak chopped onion in red wine for at least half an hour. Do not cook just soak onions. Drain onions, add bacon, cheeses and chopped green peppers. Prepare ground beef, add salt, pepper and garlic powder Take two thin patties and spoon mixture into center and seal sides. Grill burgers, Serve on an whole wheat bun with mayo, mustard, a green pepper ring and shredded green leaf lettuce.
