1 to 2 lbs ground chuck 
Creole seasoning
Worchestershire sauce
pepper jack cheese slices
creole tomato (regular if you can not get the creole)
red onion
dill pickles
yellow mustard
4 to 6 hambuger buns



1. Prepare pit for use
2. Form patties with approximately 1/3 lb of ground chuck. Do not make them too thick (about 1/3 inch)
3. Spread one tablespoon of worchestershire sauce on each patty
4. Sprinkle one tablespoon of creole seasoning on each patty
5. Put the patties on the prepared pit. Cook each side for five minutes
6. Melt peper jack cheese on each patty before removing from the pit
7. While melting cheese, put the buns on the pit until toasted
8. Apply mayo and mustard to the toasted bun
9. Load bun with patty, lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion
10. Serve with chips or potato salad
