Every pour of our Pinot Noir brings you a delicious blend of berry flavors and the romantic aroma of violet.


Start with
1 lb gr. sirloin,
1 egg,
1/4 cup finely chopped onion,
1 teaspoon Greek Seasonings,
dash of Worcestershire Sauce
and salt & Peper to taste!



Mix ingredients in order, beat egg before placing in sirloin, then mush together like making a meatloaf and pat into thick, round patties. Place on BBQ over charcoal brickettes that have turned grey after the bright red glow. Cook until it is just a light pink (more medium then medium-rare)! Put on an onion bun that has been slightly brushed with butter and toasted over the coals… Enjoy!
