Ingredients

1 quarter pound angus hamburger patty
1/8 cup portabella mushrooms, sliced
1/8 cup vidalia onions, sliced
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 large kaiser bun, halved

 

Instructions

Grill hamburger patty until medium well-done. Remove from grill, set aside. Saute mushrooms and onions in butter on stovetop. Put cooked hamburger on bottom half of kaiser bun. Add sauteed mushrooms and onions on top of burger. Dollop sourcream on top of mushrooms and onions. Add top of kaiser bun. Enjoy!
