Instructions

Prepare a medium to high fire in either a gas grill or a charcoal grill. In a medium saucepan on the grill melt butter in the sauce recipe, add minced garlic cloves, finely chopped mushrooms, finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes, and chopped shrimp…sautee for 1 minute. Add heavy cream, and wine…bring to a boil then allow to simmer for 1 minute before adding the parmesean cheese. Stir cheese and add salt and pepper. Set aside until needed. Sauce will thicken as it sits. Butter the inside of the rolls, top and bottom then sprinkle with garlic salt. Set aside. For patties incorporate shrimp, wine, chopped mushrooms, chopped garlic, scallions, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic salt, pepper, and basil. Mix well but do not over mix, just enough to combine all ingredients. Divide meat and make 6 flat patties, patties will swell up on the grill. With a brush apply oil to grill racks. Place patties on the rack and cook 6 to 8 minutes on each side. A few minutes before removing the burgers place the rolls on grill butter side down and grill until lightly toasted. Remove bread and spread alfredo sauce on the cut sides of both top and bottom breads then place patty on bun and top with alfredo sauce. Place top bread on burger, serve, and enjoy.
