2 lb's Lean Ground Beef
2 Egg whites
1 Cup plain bread crumbs
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/2 cup steak sauce
Top with American or Blue Cheese



Thaw ground meat; mix in egg whites, add steak sauce; mix in bread crumbs; more than 1 cup may be needed if not holding together well. Salt & Pepper to taste; Shape into thick 1 1/2 inch patties. Grill them; or use and electric skillet to brown them through and through; add cheese until melted; serve on toasted buns with your favorite garnishes; Makes 5 nice size burgers
