Ingredients
- 1.5 Pounds 80/20 ground beef, 1/4 Poundfor each burger
- 2 slices of
- proscuitto for each burger (6)
- 1 slice of goat cheese log for each burger (6)
- 3 avocados
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- salt pepper to taste
- frizze lettuce to top burger (1 package)
- red onion 6 thinkly sliced
- italian seasoned vinegar 6 Teaspoons
- aluminum foil
- 2 lemons
Instructions
- 1. create 6 burgers by mixing ground beef, then salt and pepper the top and bottom of each.
- Grill burgers until they are
- they are cooked medium ( pink not bloody on inside). Once cooked removed from heat, top with one slice of goat cheese and cover with foil to rest.
- 2. Mash the avocados, add lemon, salt and pepper to taste. Spread mashed avocado onto the bottom of the bun.
- 3. place burger on bun bottom once rested, then top with 2 slices of prosciutto, fizze and sprinkle Italian seasoned vinegar, and
- additional salt and pepper on the top of the frizze lettuce.
