Simply Yum Burger

Ingredients

  • 1.5 Pounds 80/20 ground beef, 1/4 Poundfor each burger
  • 2 slices of
  • proscuitto for each burger (6)
  • 1 slice of goat cheese log for each burger (6)
  • 3 avocados
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt pepper to taste
  • frizze lettuce to top burger (1 package)
  • red onion 6 thinkly sliced
  • italian seasoned vinegar 6 Teaspoons
  • aluminum foil
  • 2 lemons

Instructions

  • 1. create 6 burgers by mixing ground beef, then salt and pepper the top and bottom of each.
  • Grill burgers until they are
  • they are cooked medium ( pink not bloody on inside). Once cooked removed from heat, top with one slice of goat cheese and cover with foil to rest.
  • 2. Mash the avocados, add lemon, salt and pepper to taste. Spread mashed avocado onto the bottom of the bun.
  • 3. place burger on bun bottom once rested, then top with 2 slices of prosciutto, fizze and sprinkle Italian seasoned vinegar, and
  • additional salt and pepper on the top of the frizze lettuce.
