Sissy’s Sassy Burger

Pairs well with:

Cabernet Sauvignon

This rich red easily complements your homemade chicken dishes, red meats, game, and mildly seasoned pastas.


2 lbs ground sirloin
1 sm onion
1 clove garlic
1 tbs seasoning
worcestershire sauce
steak sauce
sprinkle of italian bread crumbs
1 egg
salt and pepper
splash of milk



Mix all the ingredients listed above. the wet ingredients are not measured, you can add as much or as little to make the burgers flavor to your liking. These will end up like mini meatloaf burgers. You do not want these to be dry so be sure to go easy on the bread crumbs. Cook the burgers on the grill or in a grill pan until cooked all the way through. For a great topping, mix one part ketchup with one part brown sugar and put on top of burger. I also garnish with cheese, sliced onion, sliced tomatoe, etc for each individual person. Enjoy!
