Ingredients

Chopmeat
adobe sazon bbq sauce
worcestershire sauce
chopped onions
Eggs
Breadcrumbs
seasoned teriaki marinade
sofrito
recaito
cajun seasoning powder
ketchup
mustard
parsley

 

Instructions

mix all ingredients in. I happen to make 20 – 30 burgers at a time. Make sure to slam the mix onto the cutting board to get the air bubbles out of the meat. Form burgers – Jackson Hole size burgers and wrap in wax paper.
