Smoky Creole Cheese Burger

2 lb lean beef
1/2 cup diced sweet onion
1/2 cup dices crimini mushroom
2tbs Creole Seasoning
1 tbs sugar
1 tsp black pepper
6 slices smoked fontinia cheese
6 large sesame buns
6 slices from a large tomato
12 leaves of leaf lettuce
18 slices of dill pickel
6 slices of red onion
Dijon mustard



Preheat grill high Combine first 6 ingredients, mix well and make in to 6 beef patty's. Cook 10 min, each side> put the cheese on the last 2 min. of total cooking time, On the bun spread with the mayo, ketchup and dijon mustard. Place 3 pickels, 2 leaf of lettuce 1 slice each tomato and red onion, then place the beef and cheese patty's between the buns.
