1 kiser roll
1 lb ground beer
1 medium sweet onion
1 medium green pepper
6 ounces of cheddar cheese shredded
salt to taste
pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste

place peppers and onions in a frying pan and on low flame add wine and reduce to onions are translucent add salt and pepper and garlic powder to taste.
Paddy wu your chopmeat till you have 6 big burgets place the burgers on a grill and grill till your liking flipping only once top get those nice grill marks salt pepper and garlic burgers to taste.
Lightly toast buns on grill
place cooked burgers on bun top with peppers and onions cooked in the wine and top with the shredded cheddar cheese which will melt from the heat from teh burgers and peppers and onions
