1-1/2 Lb Ground Beef
1 – 10 oz Can (drained) Rotel Tomatoes and Green Chilis (choose either Mild or Hot to your taste, I use the hot)
1/4 C Red Onion — finely chopped
Bleu Cheese, Crumbled – to taste (1/4 cup)
1/3 C. Black Olives – chopped
1-1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
1/4 Tsp Pepper
1 Tsp minced Garlic
Vegetable oil to brush the grill tray
6 large seeded hamburger buns, toasted butter – enough to toast buns
dijon mustard
6 iceberg lettuce leaves
6 (1/4-inch-thick) large tomato slices 6 red onion slices (thinly sliced), separated into rings
18 thin slices avocado slices (3 slices for each burger)

Patties: mix all patty ingredients together in large bowl, being sure to mix ingredients thoroughly. Shape mixture into 6 patties. Cook indirectly (to the side) of hot coals, 4 inches from heat. This will create a juicier patty. Turn once while grilling. Cook to desired doneness (10 to 16 minutes – depending on your preference) Once cooked to your desired preference, remove patties from grill. Before assembly of burgers, first spread buns with butter and toast. spread a generous amount of Dijon mustard on each side of the hamburger buns. On each bun bottom, place a patty, a lettuce leaf, a tomato slice, and equal portions of red onion, avocado slices. Add hamburger top and serve.
