Sour Apple Pucker Cheese Burger

3Lbs. hamburger
1 cup Sour Apple pucker Schnapps
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 meat tenderizer
4 teaspoons fresh diced parsley
6 slices of swiss cheese
6 onion buns
1/2 cup olive oil (this will be used for brushing the grill)



In a large bowl combine 3lbs. hamburger and 1 cup Sour Apple schnapps, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, and 1 teaspoon pepper, 1 1/2 teaspoons meat tenderizer, and 4 teaspoons of freshly chopped parsley, mix throughly and make into 1/2 lb. patties (6 patties). Place patties on preheated grill (be very careful of flare ups)and close lid. When patties reach close to 160 place bun on grill for about 1 min or until toasted, After patties reach 160 degrees inside or cook until done likeness. Put 1 slice of Swiss cheese on each pattie and then place on bun. Serves 6.
