This wine is bursting with crisp, refreshing fruit flavors like apple, pear, and melon, making you want to swing your legs off a dock at sunset.


3 lbs Ground Chuck or Round
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon Dill lemon seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 lb shredded chedder cheese
1/4 – 1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 bottle Apple Cinnamon Bar-B-Q sauce
16 slices Bacon
8 slices chedder cheese
veggie garnish



Combine 1st 9 ingredients mix well with golved hands. Add 3 tablespoons of Bar-B-Que sauce, mix. Add enough bread crumbs to dry mixture so balls can be formed and pressed. Grills burgers until both sides are brown. Begin basting with remaining sauce until done, no pink. Place on buns top with 2 slices of very crispy bacon and slice of chedder cheese. Garnish as desired. The more the better. Best served with Kettle Chips and Chicken house lemon-aid. Makes 8 burgers
