Ground beef tenderloin Ground beef chuck sea salt ground pepper garlic powder chili powder Vidalia onion Pepperjack cheese mayonnaise roasted red pepper chunky salsa (tomatoe,onion,cilantro, peppers) jalapeno bun



Mix 1/2 lb. ground beef tenderloin and 1/2 lb. Ground beef chuck. Add 1 tsp. sea salt and 1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper. Add 1/2 tsp garlic powder and 1/2 tsp. chili powder. Do not overmix. Grill to medium well over charcoal with mesquite wood. Add a generous slice of Pepperjack cheese at the end of grilling. Place on a toasted Jalapeno sandwich roll for dressing. Saute sliced vidalia onion. In a food processor add 1/2 of a chopped roasted red pepper (either roasted on the grill or in the oven previously), to one cup Hellman's real mayonnaise. Set aside. Spoon sliced sauteed viadalia onion onto burger, add one tsp of salsa. Spread roasted red pepper mayo on top half of bun and place on top of the burger. Ole!!
