Every pour of our Pinot Noir brings you a delicious blend of berry flavors and the romantic aroma of violet.


2 lbs chop meat
1 egg
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic
salt & pepper to taste
1 diced onion
4 ounces goat cheese
4 ounces chorizo sausage casing removed)
shredded cheese (optional)
additional diced onion (optional)
lettuce tomato pickle (optional)
Sour cream (optional)
mushrooms (optional)



Put chopped meat in a bowl. Mix with next 5 ingredients. For 8 burgers, separate meat. For each burger, divide meat in half, and in middle of burger place 1 teaspoon goat cheese, and 1 teaspoon chorizo sausauge. Be sure burger is sealed around filling. Heat BBQ Grill gas or chacoal to medium high and grill 5 minutes on each side. Remove from grill. Top each burger with salsa, and choose optional toppings.Serve on plate or Buns on side.
