Ingredients

1 1/2 lb ground Sirloin Beef
2 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup diced green pepper
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp Sweet and Spicy Hot Sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp diced garlic
3/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
2 large beaten eggs
non-stick grill spray
6 Sesame seed buns
2 tsp Mayonnaise
2 tsp sweet chili sauce

 

Instructions

1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients except mayonnaise, chili sauce and buns. Cover and set aside. 2. Light grill and preheat to 350 degrees. 3. Shape the mixture into six equal beef patties. 4. Spray the grill with non stick grilling spray. 5. Place beef patties on the grill. Turning once, until an instant read thermometer insertd inside each patty reads 160 degrees for medium, about 10 minutes. Remove the beef patties from the grill. Set aside to keep warm. 6.Toast the sesame buns on the grill until brown. 7. Spread mayonnaise on both sides of the toasted sesame bun. Spread one side with sweet chili sauce. Place burger on the bun.
