Spicy Egg Drop Burger

1.5 pound fresh ground beef (85% lean)
2 Hard Boiled eggs, sliced thinly
1/4 chopped green onion
4 slices of sharp chedder cheese
1 cup BBQ Sauce
4 Whole Wheat Buns
Spicy Mayonaise



Separate the ground beef into 8 thin patties and then on the top of the four of the patties place the hard boiled egg slices, the chopped green onion, and the chedder cheese. Take the remaining 4 patties and one on top of each of the other four patties. Press down on the edges to join the two patties together which will create 4 larger patties. The egg, onions, and cheese are now stuffed in the middle of the four patties. Brush each of the four patties with the Bourbon BBQ Sauce and let them marinate for about a half an hour. After marinating, cook on the grill until burgers are medium. Remove burgers from grill. Spread the spicy mayonaise on each of the Whole Wheat buns and then place the cooked burgers on the buns. Enjoy!
