Spicy Mexi Burger

2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 cup salsa
1/4 cup onions (finely diced)
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
6 buns buttered
6 slices of pepper-jack cheese
2 avocados (thinly sliced)
1 large tomato (sliced)
6 leaf of lettuce
1/4 cup of salsa
1/4 cup of mayo



Mix first six ingredients together. Divide into six equal balls, then patty. Place patties on grill and grill 7 to 10 minutes on each side. After turning the patties, place sheet of foil on grill and place buttered bun on top of foil. Toast for about 6 minutes. Place cheese on patties after removing buns from grill. Melt cheese for 1 to 3 minutes. Take patties and place on bottom half of bun, then put on a slice of tomato, slices of avocados to cover burger, and a leaf of lettuce. Mix salsa and mayo together and spread on top half of bun, place on top of burger.
